Operations Coordinator

Kylie Callaway

Kylie serves as the principal historian and treasurer for the Director, writing the Projection Plan for all activities and events-- past, present, and future.

Project Coordinator

Gracie Hendrix

Gracie manages the Program's calendar, schedules weekly educational Friday Programs, and plans Work Week.

Collin Kollmeyer 

Collin serves as the liaison between Mississippi State University, the Brickfire community, and the Starkville community. He oversees all operations of The Brickfire Project Mentoring Program.

Samantha Coblentz 

Samantha oversees all Brickfire social media accounts, merchandising, and media.

Outreach Coordinator

Lewis Fuller 

Lewis serves as the liaison between the leaders of the community and networks on behalf of the Brickfire Project, organizing Benefit Week.

Supervisor of Mentors

Nick House

Nick works in tandem with the Supervisor of Mentees. Nick monitors and records mentor attendance, monitors mentee behavior logs, and holds mentors accountable for fulfilling the membership requirements.

Supervisor of Mentees 

Bella Ruth Steward

Bella Ruth Supervises the relationship between mentors and mentees. She keeps up with students who are struggling in academic and social avenues, and pairs them with mentors who can best foster their growth. Bella Ruth conducts check ins with both the mentors and the mentees.
